Luminary Art & Well-being Workshops – Terms and Conditions
1. What's Included
When you register for a Luminary Art & Well-being workshop, your ticket includes:

All necessary art materials (canvases, paints, brushes, etc.)

Guided instruction from our lead artist.

Access to the workshop venue during the session time
-
A masterpiece of your very own to take home!
2. What's Not Included
Please note the following are not included in your workshop fee:

Food and beverages (unless otherwise specified; most of our venues will offer food/drink for purchase - we’d recommend if you plan to eat arrive early enough to do this before the session begins). On occasions, the price of the workshop with include a drink and/or cake.

Transportation to and from the venue

Art materials for home use unless explicitly offered as part of a specific package

Childcare services – It is not advised to bring your child to the session.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop to receive a full refund or credit toward a future event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, but you are more than welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you notify us in advance.
No-Shows
If you do not attend the event without prior notice, no refunds, rescheduling, or
credits will be provided.
Luminary Art & Well-being Cancellations
In the rare event that Luminary Art & Well-being must cancel a workshop (e.g. due to low enrolment, instructor illness, or venue issues), participants will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
The option to reschedule to a future date and a Gift Voucher for 15% off a future Luminary Art & Well-Being event.
We are not responsible for additional costs you may have incurred (travel, accommodations, etc.)
4. Age Restrictions and Minor Accompaniment
Age Requirement
Unless otherwise stated, Luminary Art &Well-Being workshops are designed for participants aged 18 and over.
Participants Under 18
Children aged 12–18 may attend select workshops only if accompanied by a paying adult who will also participate. Each attendee must have their own ticket.
Workshops for Younger Children
Some sessions may be specifically designated as family-friendly or kids’ workshops — these events will clearly state the minimum age requirements in the event description.
Responsibility
Adults accompanying minors are responsible for supervising them at all times. Luminary Art & Well-being staff are not responsible for child supervision.
